Helen Fong

Helen Fong graduated with a BA from Sydney University and a M.Art Admin from the University of NSW.
She has teaching qualifications from the University of Hong Kong and the Australian Catholic University and has worked as an ESL teacher, book editor and arts administrator.
She has been published by McGraw-Hill Book Company, Art Monthly Australia and Craft Arts International.
She is historian of the Sze Yup Kwan Ti Temple in Glebe, Sydney and is enrolled in a research degree in history and non-fiction writing at the University of Technology, Sydney.
She is editing the memoirs of her father Keep Fong OAM, and writing a social and cultural history of Sydney’s Chinese 1880-2012 for a mainstream readership.
