Drew Rooke is a freelance journalist and the author of A Witness of Fact: The Peculiar Case of Chief Forensic Pathologist Colin Manock (Scribe, 2022) and One Last Spin: The Power and Peril of the Pokies (Scribe, 2018). He was a finalist in the 2015 Scribe Nonfiction Prize for Young Writers and a 2021 Our Watch Fellow.
